, you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. Working closely with the performance marketing team, you'll assist in analysing campaign results, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
Monitor daily campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports
Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy
Help identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement based on data analysis
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging platforms
Support in preparing client-facing reports and presentations
Requirements:
Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong interest in digital marketing and analytics
Basic understanding of performance marketing concepts and platforms (PPC, CPC, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
