About Us

We are a fast-paced, high-end artisan bakery with a growing reputation for our popular Pizza Nights. As demand increases, we are now looking for an enthusiastic Junior Pizza Chef to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced chefs and develop your skills in a supportive, professional environment.

The Role

You will assist in the preparation and service of pizzas during our busy evenings. Training will be provided in-house, giving you the chance to learn traditional pizza-making techniques, including working with wood-fired ovens and high hydration doughs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in preparing ingredients and dough for pizza service Supporting the team with the use of a wood-burning pizza oven Learning to work with Neapolitan-style, high hydration pizza doughs Helping to maintain quality, presentation, and consistency during busy services Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and safety are followed Working evenings and weekends as part of the Pizza Night team

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Passionate about food and eager to learn pizza-making skills Self-motivated, reliable, and driven A strong team player with a positive attitude Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment Holds the right to work in the UK Experience in a professional kitchen is helpful but not essential - full training will be given
