Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Planner to join our planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in planning within a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll work closely with our planning team and cross-functional teams to support project scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Your Purpose:

Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Support the planning team in monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or delays. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate schedule status to stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to gather planning data. Help maintain accurate records of planning documentation and updates. Participate in planning meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you can bring:

Essential:

Strong organisational and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A keen interest in project planning and scheduling.
Desirable:

Experience or education in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Understanding of project lifecycle and planning principles.
