Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team in the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting senior portfolio managers by assisting in the management of client portfolios, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to strategic financial planning. Duties

? Ensuring any funds received are applied to the correct account immediately.

? Ensuring any tranche payments are completely correctly and promptly.

? Resolving queries promptly and referring any expressions of dissatisfaction/complaints to the Compliance Team.

? Ensuring interest is calculated and charged/paid accurately, on a monthly basis.

? Ensuring any issues regarding late payment or non payment (at the end of the term) are raised with the customer in a timely manner, in accordance with the Collections Policy.

? Identifying possible issues with problem loans early and signing off recovery strategies with a view to recovering 100% of the loan.

? Ensuring all records/systems are maintained in accordance with GDPR rules.

? Communicating with Lenders/Borrowers as required throughout the lifecycle of the facility.

? Ensuring own knowledge and team knowledge is current, up to date and relevant, raising any knowledge gaps in a timely manner and identifying solutions.

? Raising any improvement/efficiency suggestions, working with the Compliance Manager and Operations Manager to agree changes.

? Working closely with the Underwriters if a customer requests a re-term of their facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,880.00-25,000.00 per year
