Job Title - Junior Print Production Artworker

Reporting to - Team Leader

Location - Office Based, Edinburgh

Position Summary



docs24 are leaders in the supply of supporting documents for global clinical trials. We are seeking a Junior Print Production Artworker to support the production of print ready files from client supplied files and data.

The role



You will be primarily responsible for providing high quality prepress services and making documents suitable for print production. This includes collating, preparing and proofing materials used in global clinical trials. You will be working with other experienced artworkers and producing output files. You will also work closely with Account managers, collaborating on the proofing process and ensuring consistent file management.

This is a Junior position and offers opportunity to grow and develop out-with the skills and tasks listed for this role.

You will be based in our Edinburgh office.

Required Skills



Experience creating output files for print production from client supplied files.

Knowledge of adobe Acrobat Pro.

Experience in files management.

Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The ability to work to tight deadlines while managing your time effectively.

Strong organisational skills.

Self-motivation

The ability to work on multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to know when to ask for help.

Nice to haves



In-depth knowledge of creating pre-flights and Action wizards in Adobe Acrobat pro.

Experience with Adobe InDesign.

Understanding of process design and development.

Knowledge of the Pharma/Life Sciences Industry
