Driscoll Kingston & Co Solicitors are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Proclaim Developer to join our dynamic expanding IT team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to strengthen and build upon their Proclaim development experience whilst applying their knowledge to support, enhance, and develop our internal case management systems.
Duties
Assist in the development & support, maintenance, and optimisation of the Proclaim Case Management System.
Create and modify workflows, screens, database fields, documents, and reports.
Support the wider team with Proclaim queries, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
Work closely with the existing internal team and support staff to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Ensure system updates and new features are implemented smoothly and efficiently.
Contribute to ongoing improvement projects and system automation initiatives.
To document all project changes in flow charts and training documentation to clearly outline implemented changes
Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to software development and application architecture.
About You
Experience working with Proclaim CMS (whether commercial or self-taught).
Knowledge of SQL and an understanding of database structures is advantageous.
Integration and Webservice experience are beneficial
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A positive attitude with excellent communication and willingness to collaborate with non-technical colleagues.
Eagerness to learn, develop skills, and take on new challenges.
IT skills & Knowledge of Office Tools e.g. Excel, Microsoft etc
Willingness to assist in other IT areas when required
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload.
