Purpose of Role



To support the development of

accurate, trend-led, and commercially viable products

, ensuring all specifications, copy, and documentation meet A2V's creative and compliance standards.

product development and copy alignment

Accountabilities (A)



What you

own

Accountability for

accuracy and completeness

of assigned product and copy data. Maintenance of

spec sheets, samples, and documentation

for category projects. Support in

copy creation and proofreading

across packaging, specifications, and labels. Collaboration with Product, Copy, and Compliance teams to ensure data integrity. Responsibility for keeping

project files, trackers, and CPAs up to date

. Active participation in the learning and development of A2V's product processes and systems.

Responsibilities (R)



What you

do

Assist in creating and updating product specifications and testing documentation. Support tender preparation by ensuring copy and data accuracy. Coordinate with Compliance to upload and check test results and certifications. Maintain version control of product information across databases and trackers. Support the Copy team with translations, wash care, and packaging copy edits. Help track product progress through the CPA and flag potential risks or delays. Prepare samples, benchmarks, and internal review packs. Ensure all files and documents are organised, stored, and audit-ready. Participate in product review sessions, learning how creative, commercial, and operational elements connect. Uphold A2V's standards of excellence, accuracy, and accountability in every task.

100% data accuracy across assigned specs and documents Zero copy or spec errors at tender or approval stage Tasks and CPAs completed within deadlines Demonstrated growth in technical and process knowledge Positive feedback from Product, Copy, and Compliance teams Evident contribution to improved workflow accuracy or speed

Skills & Experience



1-2 years' experience in product, packaging, copy, or administrative support (preferred). Excellent attention to detail and organisational discipline. Strong written and communication skills. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and creative systems. Eager to learn compliance, testing, and product lifecycle fundamentals. Able to manage multiple tasks with pace and professionalism. Naturally curious and motivated to grow within a creative-commercial environment.
