About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our product team and support the development, launch, and continuous improvement of our CybaOps platform. You will work closely with the Head of Product, Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance cross-functional stakeholders to help turn customer needs and business goals into clear requirements and successful product outcomes.


This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who is analytical, curious, organised, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in defining product requirements, writing user stories, and maintaining the product backlog. Collaborate with Development, Engineering, QA and Design to support planning, prioritisation, and delivery. Support in communications to the business and ensure that training and support is managed appropriately. Help coordinate sprints, product and feature releases, and QA activities to ensure smooth deployments. Support in analysis of product performance metrics and gather data to identify improvements. Support the creation of product documentation, release notes, and internal enablement materials. Participate in roadmap discussions and help communicate priorities to stakeholders. Liaising with Customer Success and Support teams to ensure the right development items are prioritised. Ensure alignment between product decisions and business objectives.

Requirements

Must-Have

Experience in business analysis, project coordination, or a related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. User-centric mindset and curiosity about technology and product development. Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps and Figma, or similar (a plus, not required).

Nice-to-Have

Background or interest in cyber security or SaaS. Knowledge of key cyber security services such as Cyber Essentials, Penetration Testing and MDR. Experience managing projects. Experience in a Product coordination role.
