Job Summary


We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Junior Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop skills in a manufacturing environment. The Junior Operative will be responsible for assisting with various stages of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety are maintained.

Responsibilities



Perform routine manual tasks such as assembly, packaging, and sorting of finished goods and raw materials Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions accurately. Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects or non-conformance to basic quality standards. Report any material inconsistencies or quality issues to the Production Supervisor immediately. Be willing to train on different machines and production tasks as required by business needs.

Experience



Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues. Proficiency in basic mathematics for accurate measurement and record-keeping is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a team are crucial for success in this role.
