Junior Project Engineer - AI Deployment in Manufacturing


Location: Burnley (On-site, 5 days per week)

We're looking for a Junior Project Engineer to support the deployment of an innovative AI tool designed to enhance financial analysis on production lines. What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the rollout of a user-friendly AI tool across production lines. Engaging directly with operators and technicians to train and guide them in using the tool effectively. Acting as a bridge between technology and operations, ensuring smooth adoption and integration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and gather feedback.

What You'll Need:

No prior AI experience required - the tool is intuitive and easy to learn. Strong soft skills - communication, empathy, and adaptability are key. Proactive mindset - you'll be working closely with frontline teams, so initiative and confidence are essential. Understanding of manufacturing processes - not mandatory, but a definite plus.
