We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of scaffolding projects. The role involves working closely with operations teams, scaffolders, inspectors, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Duties
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Support day-to-day scaffolding operations, including logistics, equipment, and workforce coordination.
Ensure compliance with UK health and safety regulations, RAMS, and company policies.
Carry out regular site inspections and contribute to quality assurance checks.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Support audits, reporting, and risk management processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in scaffolding or construction project management.
Knowledge of UK scaffolding regulations, health & safety standards, and industry best practices.
Degree, diploma, or Level 4-5 qualification in construction management, civil engineering, or related field (preferred).
SMSTS or equivalent safety management training (preferred).
Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, interpret technical drawings, and implement RAMS.
Familiarity with NASC guidance, HSE requirements, and relevant British Standards.
