Hybrid role, Working 2 days in the office and remaining days from home

Salary: \xc2\xa330,000-\xc2\xa333,000 pa plus 5% bonus

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our MARKET LEADING Financial Services client has an exciting new role for a confident individual with ambitions to secure a career within the Project Management arena!

Training and ongoing support is available for the successful candidate, all we ask is that you have some prior PMO/Project Support project experience and have a passion to learn and build a career with one of the biggest names on the market!

You will be a valued member of our Adecco Early Careers function working onsite with a market-leading organisation, initially, the assignment is a 12 contract with scope for transitioning permanently in the future, so you need to be someone with a permanent mindset!

THE ROLE:

This Junior Project Manager role is an exciting development opportunity for a self-motivated and proactive individual to join the financial value stream. This team is responsible for the end-to-end finance services which enables the bank to make effective financial decisions. This is a fantastic opportunity in an exciting area and one which will allow you to develop unique financial banking knowledge and expose you to a large Ledger programme which is transforming the Bank\'s finance function through replacing its current ledger platform.

KNOWLEDGE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS NEEDED:

• Knowledge and experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Knowledge and experience of core change tools including: MSP, Confluence and JIRA

• A learning mindset, aiming to grow own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities

• An ability to adopt new ways of working and finding a way to incorporate agile practices

• Key attention to detail

• Strong curiosity to get to the root cause of a situational issue and then generate innovative ideas along with an operational solution to resolve

• Ability to communicate openly with confidence by questioning and gaining context to understand clearly what is needed

• Relationship building skills to build and harness strong working relationships

• Ability to influence others to ensure the team is setup for success

• Balance assertiveness with co-operation to enable truly collaborative working partnerships to achieve shared outcomes
