We are currently seeking a junior Project Manager to join our growing team.
In this role, you will work closely with the contracts manager and site mangers to oversee multiple projects across various sites, ensuring that all tradesmen work according to set timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the contracts manager and site managers to plan, execute, and finalise projects in accordance with strict deadlines and budgets.
Manage and coordinate with multiple teams of tradesmen across various sites, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within scope, and according to the highest quality standards.
Develop and maintain project schedules, including resource allocation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met and that resources are allocated appropriately.
Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to the founder and relevant stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution of any problems that arise.
Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Continuously review and evaluate project performance, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure ongoing success.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience in the construction industry
Some knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
Full UK driving licence, as travel between sites will be required.
