We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager Electrical to join our dynamic team. Duties

Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Supervise project teams to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently. Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues and implement corrective actions. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Utilise ERP systems for tracking project progress and resource management. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Implement cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget. Demonstrate leadership by motivating team members and fostering a collaborative environment. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns. Utilise project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Basecamp for tracking progress. Organise project documentation using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Smartsheet. Analyse data to inform decision-making and improve project outcomes. Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project goals and results.

Requirements

Previous supervising experience is advantageous. Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem-solving. Proven experience in team management and leadership capabilities. Familiarity with requirements gathering processes is essential. Experience with ERP systems is preferred. Excellent time management and organisational skills are required. Knowledge of cost control practices is beneficial. Proficiency in project management methodologies such as SAFe or Waterfall is desirable. Familiarity with tools such as Primavera P6, Project Server, or Microsoft Project is advantageous. Strong data analysis skills using software like SAS or ServiceNow are preferred. Proficient in communication and presentation skills to convey ideas clearly. Experience with product management and product development processes is a plus. Familiarity with content management systems will be beneficial.
