The Role
As a
Junior Project Manager / Estimator
, you'll work closely with our Commercial Manager, supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in both project management and estimating within a supportive, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender returns
Support procurement of materials and subcontracted services while monitoring costs
Help manage site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication
Contribute to maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects
About You

Interested in construction, joinery, or project management
Keen to develop their skills and grow within a successful and expanding company
Essential Skills & Attributes

Proficient in IT (Excel, Word, email)
SSSTS / SMSTS certification
