motivated, detail-driven Junior Project Manager / Estimator

to join our team and play a key role in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

The Role

As a

Junior Project Manager / Estimator

, you'll work closely with our Commercial Manager, supporting projects from pre-construction through to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in both project management and estimating within a supportive, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with preparing accurate cost estimates, quotations, and tender returns Support procurement of materials and subcontracted services while monitoring costs Help manage site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication Contribute to maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency across all projects

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, organised, and eager to learn

-- you don't need years of experience, just a passion for construction and a willingness to get involved Interested in construction, joinery, or project management Keen to develop their skills and grow within a successful and expanding company

Essential Skills & Attributes

Strong attention to detail with a pragmatic, problem-solving mindset Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficient in IT (Excel, Word, email)

SSSTS / SMSTS certification

- preferred but not essential

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
