Trainee Project Manager / Estimator

to join our growing team. This is a fantastic entry point into the commercial HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) sector, with full training, career progression, and support from an experienced team.

We specialise in commercial HVAC installations and work with clients across a variety of sectors. As a Trainee, you'll gain hands-on experience while developing key skills in project management and estimating.

What You'll Do

Working primarily from our office in Brierley Hill, and reporting to senior team members, you will:

Support the day-to-day management of HVAC projects Help coordinate material orders, labour, and site logistics Visit project sites to gain real-world exposure and ensure quality control Take measurements and interpret technical construction drawings/specifications Obtain quotations from suppliers and sub-contractors Assist in preparing tenders and learning the end-to-end estimating process Conduct outreach to generate new tendering opportunities

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous industry experience -- we'll provide training. We're looking for someone who is:

Keen to learn and grow within the construction/HVAC sector Educated to GCSE level, with 5 subjects at grades 4-9 (A-C), including a strong grade in English and Maths (grade 6/B or above preferred) Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) A confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner Organised, reliable, and able to work under pressure In possession of, or actively working towards, a full UK driving licence
