Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to support project objectives and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Utilise project management software such as Jira and Project Server to track progress and manage tasks. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement. Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures to ensure financial efficiency. Support leadership in team management by facilitating meetings, providing updates, and resolving issues as they arise. Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status and outcomes effectively. Ensure adherence to timelines through effective time management strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience or knowledge in project management principles and methodologies. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Salesforce) is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals. Excellent data analysis skills to interpret project metrics and performance indicators. Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong communication skills.
