Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Junior Project Manager

to support our project delivery team. You will assist in the coordination and execution of glazing projects from initiation of drawing packages through to completion of site activities. This role is ideal for someone with early experience in construction or project coordination who is looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and overseeing day-to-day operations of glazing projects. Creating drawing packages based on project specific handovers from the sales team. Support Senior Project Managers in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Create and maintain up to date drawing Library's for standard profiles. Track project progress and help ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, risk assessments, and progress reports. Attend remote meetings and liaise with clients, architects, builders, and other stakeholders. Help manage procurement of glazing materials and ensure timely delivery to sites. Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in project support or coordination, preferably in construction or glazing. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project). Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. A proactive, collaborative approach to working with teams and clients.
Location: Remote (However ocassional trips to our office in Battersea will be needed)

Hours: 8am - 5pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Holidays: 23 days + all public bank holidays UK

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 32,000.00-35,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SW11 4ND
