We're looking for a curious, proactive, and solutions-driven Jr. Project Manager to join our Strategic Operations team. Our mission is to dig into the details of processes, technology, and projects to help our agency and our clients run like a well-oiled machine. From coordinating cross-functional initiatives and guiding timelines to partnering with developers and technical teams, this role is all about making ideas real and creating smarter, simpler, and more impactful ways of working.

You will be Responsible for:

Coordinating and driving internal technical and process optimization projects from planning to delivery, scoping needs, defining success metrics, and aligning resources Managing timelines, risks, and milestones across internal teams while spotting and rolling out workflow improvements Acting as a key client contact, turning technical updates into clear, client-friendly insights, preparing decks, and gathering feedback throughout project delivery Collaborating with developers and technical stakeholders, translating business needs into requirements, monitoring progress, and facilitating QA and feedback Working closely with teams from finance and consulting to IT and beyond to ensure alignment and impact Presenting progress, solutions, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, engaging, and confident way

You love organising projects and keeping things moving while juggling multiple priorities You communicate clearly, whether through decks, calls, or presentations, and can simplify complex ideas for non-technical audiences You enjoy collaborating with technical teams, navigating constraints, and translating requirements into action You have strong analytical skills, advanced Excel know-how, and a natural curiosity to explore new tools and platforms You stay calm under pressure, solve problems proactively, and keep deadlines on track

You will also need to have:

Hands-on experience managing internal operations or tech-enabled projects, juggling multiple timelines and cross-functional coordination Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset Skilled in presenting decks and communicating results clearly to clients, breaking down complex ideas for non-technical audiences Experience collaborating with developers or engineers on software or integration projects, including exposure to development cycles and external vendor collaborations Comfort discussing technical constraints, solutions, and trade-offs, and translating requirements between business and technical teams Advanced Excel skills, with experience building dashboards, analyzing data, and bringing insights to life

It's not essential but will help if:

You have experience with other Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Flow, Power BI, etc.) You're familiar with tools like Figma, Float, or other project/product management platforms You've had exposure to third-party digital platforms and have an eagerness to explore new ones
