Role Overview



We are seeking a

Junior Property and Operations Admin

to support our property management and general business operations in Staines-upon-Thames.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys a mix of

administrative work, coordination, and hands-on property management tasks.

You'll play a key role in helping our team maintain smooth day-to-day operations across both

residential and office properties

while supporting wider administrative functions.

Note: Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines-upon-Thames and have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Support



Act as a point of contact for tenants, handling queries and resolving issues professionally. Support in coordinating property maintenance, inspections, and safety checks. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality and timely work. Assist with property documentation, lease records, and compliance tracking (HMO, safety certifications, etc.).

Operations & Administration



Provide day-to-day administrative support to the property and operations team. Maintain accurate digital and physical records, databases, and spreadsheets. Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and report preparation. Support procurement and supplier management processes (quotes, purchase orders, etc.). Help organise company logistics such as office maintenance, equipment, and on-site coordination.

Finance & Reporting



Support basic bookkeeping tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking. Assist with rent payment monitoring, budget updates, and management reports.

Skills & Qualifications



Recent graduate or early-career professional -- ideally with a background in

Business, Property Management, Real Estate, or Administration

(open to all disciplines). Strong

organisational skills

and attention to detail. Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

with a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Word, Excel, Outlook).

Proactive and reliable

, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently. Willingness to learn property systems and operational processes. A

driving licence

is preferred (to support occasional site visits).
