From garden feeds to pond care and household cleaning solutions, we create products that deliver outstanding results while being kind to the environment. As our community continues to grow (over 100,000 cross-platform), we're looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage the brands social media platforms and lead the way in producing engaging, high-performing video content that captures attention and drives sales.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form video content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn Work from concept to shoot, using your own filming/editing skills to bring content to life Create and manage the social content calendar, using trends, product launches, and seasonal moments Write scroll-stopping captions and on-screen text in our brand voice Analyse content performance using native platform tools and adjust based on results Engage with our community in DMs and comments Collaborate with our in-house marketing and design team to build engaging campaigns Source or manage relationships with influencers and creators when needed Keep an eye on music licensing, platform guidelines, and creative best practices

What We're Looking For

At least 3 years' experience in a social media or content creator role A strong portfolio of video content you have filmed and edited (please include a link) Confident using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar Able to work both independently and as part of a small team Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, hooks, and platform nuances Bonus points if you've worked in ecommerce, B2C, or home & garden/lifestyle industries Ideally confident doing voiceovers, adding captions, and choosing licensable music
