Hybrid 2 days in the office (Harlow), 2 days working from home, 1 day on site

The Role:

Were looking for an organised and proactive

Property Manager

to join our growing team. Youll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with flat management directors and leaseholders to ensure services are delivered to the highest standards.


This is a

hybrid role

with a balance of:

2 days in the office

2 days working from home

1 day on site

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations across a defined portfolio of properties Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders and resident directors Ensure services are delivered in line with company standards and legislative requirements Arrange and attend site inspections and residents meetings Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and contractor management Prepare and manage service charge budgets and oversee financial performance Handle leaseholder queries professionally and efficiently

What Were Looking For:

Experience in residential property management (Block Management experience desirable) 1 Year working as a Property Manager Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management abilities A customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset Knowledge of relevant property legislation (e.g. leasehold law, health & safety compliance) ATPI qualification is desirable (or willingness to work towards one)
