An opportunity to join a fast growing residential lettings department for an independent sales and lettings agency in High Wycombe. We are looking to recruit a Junior Property Manager to support a growing lettings portfolio.
For this position, you will need an understanding of the letting processes, have outstanding organisational and administrative skills and be confident in dealing with Landlords, tenants, suppliers and other members of the team.
THE ROLE
Building and maintaining strong long-term relationships with our landlord's and tenants.
Remaining up to date with relevant legislation and ensuring compliance. Obtaining Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safe Certificates and Electrical Inspection Condition Reports.
Tenancy management and progression
Serving Legal notices
Renewing rental guarantee insurance policies
Costing of deductions from Deposits, negotiating with tenants and preparing, when necessary, evidence to summit to the Deposit Resolution Service.
Monitoring monthly rental payments, arrears and setting up repayment plans.
Negotiating renewals.
Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs.
Carry out interim property visits and report to landlords any maintenance works.
REQUIREMENTS:
Some experience in lettings or property management preferred, however, not essential.
Full driving licence and have your own car
Good problem solving and organisational skills
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Good Telephone manner
Team Player and the ability to work using own initiative

8:45am to 6:00pm - Monday to Friday
