Job duties
Responsibilities of the Junior Property Manager in Mayfair include:
Managing a diverse property portfolio - Oversee day-to-day property management activities, ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and contractual obligations
Private client support - Assist in managing private client property portfolios, collaborating with the Head of Department to maintain high standards, attention to detail, and discretion
Tenancy management - Oversee repairs, maintenance, tenancy renewals, and rent collections
Client relationships - Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors, and clients, ensuring seamless service delivery
Property records and financials - Maintain accurate property records, including financials, maintenance schedules, and compliance tracking
Customer service excellence - Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all stakeholders have a first-class experience
On-Site management - Conduct regular property inspections and supervise contractors across multiple properties
Flexibility and discretion - Handle confidential client information with utmost professionalism and be adaptable to varying work hours when necessary
Candidates must be/have:
Previous property management experience is desirable, with knowledge of relevant property legislation, regulations, and technical matters being beneficial
Prior experience in private households/yachts or a background with HNW/UHNW clients - highly desirable
Familiarity with the high expectations of luxury service environments is important
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems (Reapit experience is a bonus)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, confident when liaising with UHNW clients and service providers
Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities, working independently with a proactive and solution-driven approach
Hours
Full-time (hybrid, field based).
Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00 (with flexibility occasionally required based on client needs).
Location
Mayfair, London, UK.
Salary
Up to 45,000, depending on experience.
