What You'll Do

(Full training provided -- no experience needed)

Manage your own small portfolio of properties over time Help fill voids and support new tenants moving in Learn to manage

rent cases and arrears

with guidance Carry out property viewings, regular checks & HMO inspections Respond to tenant queries and property issues Support tenants with day-to-day needs Work independently once trained, with a supportive team behind you Build skills across housing support, tenancy management & problem-solving
This is a hands-on role where you'll grow confidence quickly and gain real industry experience.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn Compassion, patience, and a non-judgmental approach Good communication and organisation skills A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle A genuine desire to help people and build a career in housing/property
No formal experience needed -- we'll train you.
