About the role



Working closely with our experienced Commercial Manager and site teams, you will play a crucial part in the financial success of our projects.

Your responsibilities will include:



Assisting with the preparation of tender and contract documents. Quantifying materials, labour, and time for projects. Supporting the team in valuing completed work and processing payments. Attending on-site meetings and conducting site visits to monitor progress. Working with spreadsheets and commercial software to manage project costs. Assisting in identifying and responding to commercial risks. Maintaining accurate project records and documentation.

About you



A strong foundation: You may have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field, or an equivalent relevant qualification. Eager to learn: You have a desire to develop a career in the scaffolding and construction industry. Detail-oriented: You have a meticulous and logical approach, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communicator: You can build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Commercially astute: You have an understanding of costs and a good head for numbers. IT skills: You are proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
