Construction & Civils
sector. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to appoint aJunior Quantity Surveyor
to join their expanding team.The Role
As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting commercial operations across a range of
groundworks and civil engineering projects
throughout the Central Belt. Working closely with the Senior QS and project teams, you'll gain hands-on experience and responsibility within a supportive and progressive environment.Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparation and management of project budgets, valuations, and cost reports Work with site teams to monitor progress and ensure accurate cost control Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers Measure works and assist with take-offs Contribute to tender preparations and contract administration Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
About You
2-3 years' experience in a
Quantity Surveying role
, ideally withingroundworks or civils
Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or similar discipline Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail A team player and have excellent communication skills Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress within a leading construction businessWhat's on Offer
Salary:
30,000 - 36,000
