About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Quantity Surveyor with MEP experience, ideally with a strong electrical bias, to support live projects across London.

This role is not suited to civil or general construction QS backgrounds without MEP exposure.

This is an office-based role, with regular travel to sites as required.

What We're Looking For

Strong administrative background with at least 2 years' relevant experience in a project or office-based role. A minimum of GCSE Maths and English at grade 6 (B) or equivalent. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using cloud-based systems. Experience using Xero (or similar accounting software) is highly desirable. Calm, methodical and dependable with a proactive approach to problem solving. Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Essential Requirements

Experience with an MEP or Electrical contractor (subcontractor level) Understanding of electrical services and installation processes Strong Excel and MS Office skills Able to travel to sites across London and commute to Wandsworth Town UK-based with the right to work in the UK

Desirable

Degree or qualification in Quantity Surveying, Building Services or Electrical Engineering Experience assisting with MEP valuations or payment applications
