We are looking for a Junior Quantity Surveyor who has experience in the Water industry, to join the team working out of Clackmannanshire site. This is a great opportunity for any Junior Quantity Surveyor to join us at an exciting time and get stuck into some complex projects!

Duties

Assessment of the monthly application for payments for our contractors, verifying accuracy and compliance with contract Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with delivery teams, internal and external delivery partners and supply chain management. NEC Payment processes including detailed payment certificates and pay less notices Obtain and interrogate cost forecasts and payment applications from delivery partners Regularly review and assess actual cost information from the client's financial reporting system. NEC4 Compensation Events

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or comparable subject i.e. construction Stakeholder management experience. Excellent communication skills Proven track record of delivering to agreed timescales Experience in the Water Sector
