We are looking for a
Junior Residential Investment and Development Agent

The ideal candidate will fit these requirements:
1-2 years' experience in a role in a property transaction background
Willingness to learn and strong ability to retain information
Independent learner
You want? a long-term career in the industry
Good negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A keen eye for detail
Ability to deal confidently with clients, partners, & colleagues
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to navigate public transport
Full UK Driving licence a bonus
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the identification and assessment of investment opportunities
Conducting market research and analysis to support decision-making
Liaising with clients, investors, other agents and stakeholders
Preparing detailed reports and presentations
Supporting senior agents in various aspects of the development process
Viewing properties & development sites
Carrying out and overseeing viewing days, and inspections, for you and the wider team
Using CRM systems for data input and client call outs
Generally assisting with office tasks
