Role Overview

As a Junior Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our clients' brands in retail environments, helping to boost sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support promotional activities, engage with customers, and gather valuable feedback to enhance marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers in retail settings to promote and sell products aligned with marketing campaigns Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and offering product information Assist with the setup and maintenance of promotional displays and materials Support retail events, product launches, and in-store marketing activities Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing team Work collaboratively with retail staff and internal teams to meet sales targets Maintain knowledge of products, campaigns, and brand messaging

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic and customer-focused approach Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment Basic numeracy and cash handling skills Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential Interest in marketing and brand promotion is a plus
