We're now looking for a talented and detail-driven Junior Retoucher & Asset Manager to join our Creative team.

The Role




This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior creative with a keen eye for detail and a love for all things fashion and photography. As Junior Retoucher & Asset Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our brand imagery is polished, consistent, and accessible across the business. You'll work closely with our in-house Creative, Marketing and Ecom teams.

Key Responsibilities



Retouching




Retouch campaign, lookbook, and ecommerce imagery across still life and model shots Maintain consistency in skin tones, colour, lighting and styling across all image sets Optimise images for web and print usage, ensuring alignment with RIXO's aesthetic Liaise with photographers to ensure correct file delivery and naming conventions

Asset Management




Own the day-to-day management of RIXO's digital asset library (Image and Video) Tag, organise, and archive assets for easy search and cross-team access Ensure metadata and file naming are consistently applied across campaigns Distribute final assets to relevant teams (Marketing, E-commerce, PR, etc.) Support on seasonal shoot prep and wrap with asset tracking and file handover

Additional Responsibilities: Studio & Shoot Support




Manage the general studio upkeep to ensure a tidy, functional, and inspiring environment Help prepare shoot setups including lighting checks, backdrop changes, and kit organisation leasing with freelance photographers, producers to ensure consistency Liaise with external freelancers (producers, photographers, stylists, models) to ensure smooth shoot days Maintain inventory of studio equipment, samples, and props; and manage maintenance repairs and replacements

Requirements



1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion, ecommerce or a creative studio Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Bridge Basic knowledge of Capture One and file handling in RAW and TIFF formats Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong sense of visual consistency and brand alignment Experience managing digital asset libraries, with strong organisational and tagging skills Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and meet tight deadlines A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude Comfortable handling studio equipment and assisting on set Knowledge of fashion industry workflows and a passion for the RIXO brand aesthetic is a plus
