About the Role



We're looking for a confident and organised Junior Sales Administrator to support our busy sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping manage enquiries, follow-ups and sales admin so our sales advisors can focus on closing work.



You'll receive hands-on training and day-to-day support from an experienced senior sales mentor, with clear opportunities to grow your skills and take on more responsibility over time.



What You'll Be Doing


Answering incoming calls and emails from homeowners and trade customers Logging and qualifying enquiries and passing them to the correct salesperson Managing follow-ups on quotes and customer enquiries Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date Supporting the sales team with admin, scheduling and paperwork




What We're Looking For


Confident and professional on the phone Organised, reliable and detail-focused Experience in customer service, admin or sales support Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn




What We Offer
