Junior Sales And Lettings Negotiator
Job Description
It is essential that candidates can demonstrate some previous property sales or lettings experience in an agency environment and a sound knowledge of Winchester. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual who is prepared to work hard to earn excellent commission to supplement their basic pay, and the position would suit someone who is looking to take the next step in their agency career.
Pay based on experience.
Key duties are to effectively manage a large database of applicants, conduct viewings on sales and lettings properties, negotiate sales and lets, and many other associated tasks in our busy, successful Estate Agency.
Summary
As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will be instrumental in driving sales and rentals and fostering strong client relationships. Reporting to the Directors, your primary responsibility will be to negotiate terms and close deals effectively. Your core communication skills will enable you to engage with clients, while your administrative experience will ensure smooth operations throughout the process.
