The Role



As a

Junior Sales Assistant

, you'll be right at the heart of our campaigns. You'll connect with clients, understand their goals, and help deliver powerful results. You'll get hands-on experience in everything from sales strategy to client management -- and as your skills grow, so will your opportunities.

This is the ideal role for someone who wants to learn, lead, and eventually take charge of their own team or client accounts.

Your day-to-day will include:



Supporting client campaigns and driving sales growth across different sectors. Building relationships with clients and customers through confident, engaging communication. Learning how to identify opportunities and turn them into results. Working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets. Taking part in workshops, training sessions, and team development meetings. Bringing energy and ideas to everything you do because enthusiasm is contagious.
