Job Summary
The Sales Accounts Assistant supports the sales and finance teams by managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with invoicing and reporting. This role ensures smooth day-to-day sales account operations and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update customer sales accounts and records
Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and on time
Liaise with customers regarding orders, invoices, and account queries
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Maintain CRM and accounting system data accuracy
Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in sales administration or accounts support preferred
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/CRM software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience
1-3 years of experience in a sales support, accounts, or administrative role (preferred)
