We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Assistant to join a market leading company to support one of our Directors. We design, provide, and install modular building solutions for the sport, retail and leisure sectors across the UK and Europe.
There is a huge growth opportunity within this role, learning from your line manager and sales colleagues to develop with view to securing a more senior role within the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Sales Director with handing and responding to correspondence including phone calls and emails.
Schedule appointments and organising diary entries
Making travel and hotel arrangements
Be able to work independently and be highly organised in managing the administration aspects of the sales director including keeping the sales directors CRM up to date.
Assist with the development and management of our CRM system, building up our customer database and enhancing customer relations.
Be able to adapt and use own initiative to complete given tasks.
To use appropriately and with accuracy the company systems
Ensure all relevant information is transferred onto the appropriate system within Monday.com, Sharepoint, OneFlow and other systems introduced for efficiency and productivity.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally experience of sales or ambition to have a career in sales.
Interest in the world of sports & events
Experience in CRM Management.
Strategic thinker with a result focused mindset.
A quick learner with a hunger for self-development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
