Overview

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales and marketing team. You'll be representing clients face-to-face, building strong customer relationships, and developing your skills in communication, sales, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising techniques. Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage with customers, providing product information and recommendations. Utilise upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and proper phone etiquette. Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organisation of merchandise. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is advantageous but not essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Engaging with customers to promote services/products Strong organisational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills related to merchandising and sales techniques.
