We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Junior Sales Associate

to join our dynamic marketing company. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to develop their sales skills and gain experience in marketing solutions. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to support client acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through research and outreach Support senior sales staff in managing client relationships and sales pipelines Contact potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present marketing services Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign offerings and tailor sales approaches Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system Follow up with clients to provide updates and support throughout the sales process Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required Help prepare sales presentations and proposals

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills A keen interest in sales and marketing Ability to work well in a team and take direction Good organisational skills and attention to detail Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous customer service or sales experience is desirable but not essential
