Key Responsibilities


Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings Understand client needs and explain our digital marketing solutions clearly and persuasively Support the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations Maintain client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery Coordinate with our technical and creative teams to ensure client requirements are met Track client communications and maintain detailed records in our CRM system Assist with digital marketing campaigns and content strategy development

The Ideal Candidate

A recent graduate or final-year student (degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, beneficial but not essential) Genuine interest in digital marketing, AI, web technologies, and social media Excellent verbal and written communication skills Confident speaking with clients on the phone and in person Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (full training provided) Well-organised with good attention to detail
