This is a hands-on, face-to-face role based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, working in a close-knit team where learning happens daily -- not just during onboarding.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

From your first week, you'll be trained to:

Speak confidently with potential customers in person Understand how to identify needs and communicate solutions clearly Build rapport and professional relationships Work towards clear, achievable performance targets Develop resilience, communication, and self-confidence Take feedback on board and improve week by week
You'll never be expected to "figure it out alone". Training is structured, ongoing, and practical.
