Are you a proactive and organised individual with a passion for Customer Service and Technical Sales? Tricel Weston is seeking an Junior Sales Estimator to join our dynamic reactive sales team. This is a fast-paced B2B role focused on interpreting tender information, providing quotations, and supporting customers with technical and commercial advice.





Role and Responsibilities


Present, promote, and sell Tricel's portfolio of products and services. Handle inbound sales enquiries, extract briefs, and offer tailored solutions. Cost out projects and generate quotations using in-house tools. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up on quotations. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Support account management and product campaigns. Collaborate with technical and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth order handover. Assist in resolving customer complaints and contribute to continuous improvement.Any other duties as assigned, to support the company.




Preferred Skills


Strong technical sales background, ideally in mechanical services, plumbing, or construction. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial insight with a problem-solving mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. A "can-do" attitude and team spirit. Previous experience of sub contract review and project management.
