Junior Sales Executive

to join our expanding

Business Development Team

What You'll Be Doing



You will play a key role in supporting our Business Development Team to grow our client base and maximise apprenticeship and adult learning opportunities across the public and private sectors. This entry-level sales role offers hands-on experience and real responsibility from day one, from engaging with clients to contributing to the delivery of high-value apprenticeship and adult learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities



Support the Business Development Team across day-to-day operations

Generate leads and new business for

Apprenticeship, Skills Bootcamps and Adult Learning programmes



Assist with growing revenue within our

commercial training

provision

Help manage relationships with

existing clients



Contribute to the sale of

new training solutions

to increase income streams

Support the recruitment of learners for

Adult Learning, Skills Bootcamps & Apprenticeships



Assist with managing the

Apprenticeship Service Account

, including creating and editing apprenticeship cohorts

Help employers with the

recruitment of apprentices



Build relationships with referral partners such as

Jobcentre Plus



Keep company databases updated with accurate records

Use a range of platforms and strategies to

generate and convert leads



Represent the organisation at

events, job fairs, and networking opportunities



Carry out other ad hoc duties to support the business

What We're Looking For



A genuine desire to work in a

sales role

within the

Education & Training

sector (or similar)

At least

1 year of sales experience

(education sales experience preferred)

Confident in building relationships with clients and partners

Self-motivated with the ability to meet KPIs and performance targets

A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using the

telephone

,

IT systems, databases, and social media



Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Must be able to

reliably commute or relocate to Acton (W3 6NA)

before starting
