Service & Maintenance

Training & Compliance

divisions.

What You'll Be Selling

You'll support the wider sales and compliance team while growing your own sales pipeline across:

Fire & security maintenance contracts

Fire risk assessments, fire warden training & compliance services

Essential life safety products

, including:

P50 fire extinguishers

Evacuation chairs

(with training packages)

Defibrillators

Small system installations

(e.g. fire or intruder alarm installs for homes or small businesses)
You'll be out meeting clients, developing leads, preparing quotes and - with support -

closing deals

.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow their skills in a supportive, ambitious team.

Who You Are

You've got

some sales experience

- ideally in maintenance contracts, service industries, or compliance-based offerings You're

driven and tenacious

, but you also know how to listen and build trust You're organised, curious, and keen to learn You hold a full UK driving licence and are happy travelling across Northern Ireland You may be from a fire & security background - or from a similar industry like lifts, HVAC, cleaning contracts, or catering equipment

Training & Support

You'll be fully supported with product training, mentoring, and time to learn the business. But we do expect you to hit the ground running when it comes to handling clients and following up leads.

This is a development role - and we're looking for someone who wants to

grow with us

into a full Sales Executive position.
