You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the tone for our relationships and helping move leads smoothly down the pipeline for senior team members to close.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial sales calls with inbound and outbound leads.
Qualify prospects based on fit and interest level.
Send out pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up emails.
Manage and update CRM records with notes from calls.
Schedule follow-up meetings for senior sales or management.
Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations.
Provide feedback from leads to improve our pitch and offering.
Ideal Candidate
Confident communicator with great phone and email etiquette.
Organized, reliable, and responsive -- able to manage multiple leads at once.
Comfortable working with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Some prior sales or client communication experience preferred.
Ambitious and eager to grow into a senior sales or business development role.
Salary
25,000-30,000 base (depending on experience) + commission + bonuses.
