Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Executive to join our expanding sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective customers and assist our current sales team. Use our dealer management software to track customer enquires. Learn the sales and finance process ensuring customers are delt with correctly and in a professional manner. Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and contribute to overall team goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist with our digital marketing, helping to photograph and video our vehicles. Help with organisation ensuring all the vehicles are parked and displayed on the forecourt.

Requirements

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels is essential. A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must have some general vehicle knowledge and understanding. Will be required to work every other Saturday.

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
