Person Specification



You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a self - starter and have the ability to remain calm and focused when under pressure. You will have great self- confidence, a passion forsales, enjoy meeting goals and targets, and be able to handle uncertainty and rejection.

Essential Criteria



In possession of full driving licence IT and computer literate oSocial media proficient Excellent communication skills - GCSE in English and Maths- at least 'C' grade

Desirable Criteria



Experience in sales database/ or similar database systems

Knowledge of holiday home industry and/or similar business sales industry Marketing and/or Sales related work experience Experience in working in busy office/ similar work environment Experience in business/ or similar office administration

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers Managing both new and existing customer requirements to understand, anticipate and practically meet their needs, whilst spotting potential sales opportunities. To self-generate sales leads through networking, referrals and warm/cold calling Setting up appointments and viewings of holiday homes with potential customers for new business Representing Blair's Holiday Parks at trade exhibitions, events and other related promotional activity Set up holiday homes for potential customers, as well as snagging holiday homes in preparation for handover, post-sale. Preparation of handover packs for new customers alongside updating customers throughout sales journey from purchase of holiday home to the holiday home being sited and key handover information. Administrating post-sale surveys and customer feedback. Assisting the administration of aftersales and warranty requests. Prepare and develop appropriate sales and marketing literature- both offline and online for Blairs Holiday Park's products/services Collaborate with wider sales team to achieve better results To take personal ownership for the delivery of agreed SMART objectives set within the department. To proactively identify and assist the Sales Team and other senior managers to obtain real and sustained, continuous improvement, throughout the business and execute same in a timely manner To demonstrate high levels of integrity and honesty at all times, establishing a culture of both personal and organisational trust. Has the ability to work flexible hours around the needs of both customers and Blair's Holiday Parks. To undertake any other duties as requested by the Head of Sales in accordance with the scope and responsibilities of the role.

Pay: 25,500.00-26,500.00 per year
