Overview

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious

Junior Sales Executive

to join our growing team in the

print and printed packaging industry

. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a passion for sales and a strong interest in printed solutions, who is eager to grow in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting client relationships, using

HubSpot CRM

to manage the entire sales funnel efficiently.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Management

Use

HubSpot

to identify, qualify, and manage sales leads. Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accurate tracking of opportunities. Segment and prioritize leads based on business potential and readiness to buy.

Sales Support & Client Engagement

Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and product presentations. Follow up on warm leads through calls, emails, and meetings. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Market & Product Knowledge

Develop a solid understanding of our print and packaging products, production processes, and capabilities. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting & Forecasting

Track sales activity and performance using HubSpot dashboards and reports. Provide weekly updates to the Sales Manager on pipeline status and progress.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a sales or client-facing role (B2B preferred); fresh graduates with strong sales potential will also be considered. Experience with

HubSpot CRM

or similar platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills. Knowledge or interest in the print or packaging industry is a plus.

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
