Job Description

As our Liverpool-based company continues to grow into 2026, we're looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited to someone early in their career who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is looking to develop leadership and management skills within a supportive environment.

You'll receive fully paid training, hands-on coaching and ongoing support, allowing you to build confidence while gaining real experience in sales, team coordination and client representation.

The Role

As a Junior Sales Manager, you'll play an active role in supporting sales teams and live client campaigns while learning the foundations of team management. You'll assist with day-to-day operations, help motivate and guide team members and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills develop.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage sales teams across active client campaigns Help deliver training sessions and interactive workshops focused on sales and communication skills Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members Learn how to professionally represent and promote client brands Support daily sales activity and work towards individual and team targets Gain exposure to recruitment processes, including candidate support and team selection Contribute to a collaborative, on-site team environment
