Role Overview
As
Junior Sales & Marketing Coordinator
, you'll play a key supporting role across both sales and marketing. This is a hands-on, varied position suited to someone who's curious, organised, and keen to learn.
You'll gain experience in CRM management, marketing communications, and digital content creation working closely with our senior team to help Tikker connect with more clients and tell our story across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Administration
Proactively contact prospective clients using email and social media
Support pipeline tracking and reporting to improve sales visibility.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing PowerPoint packs, and collecting key customer insights before meetings.
Help document and follow up on meeting outcomes, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
Support the team in maintaining cadence on customer follow-ups and acquisition activity.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
Create engaging
graphics and animations
for Tikker's
LinkedIn
page (linkedin.com/company/tikker).
Help plan and manage the
content calendar
in line with Tikker's brand and tone of voice.
Assist in setting up and trialling other channels (e.g.
Instagram, X, Bluesky
) to test reach and engagement.
Track and report engagement analytics to support ongoing optimisation.
3. Content Creation
Contribute to
blogs
,
website news
, and
email newsletters
.
Assist with updates to the
Tikker website
and digital materials.
Skills & Attributes
Essential:
Excellent organisation and time management skills.
Confident communication skills dealing with a professional audience
Strong written communication and attention to detail.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
Enthusiastic about technology, innovation, and digital communication.
A creative mindset with a willingness to learn.
Desirable (training provided if needed):
Experience using
CRM tools
(Pipedrive preferred).
Familiarity with
Canva
,
Adobe Express
, or similar design software.
Basic understanding of
social media analytics
or content planning.
Interest in fintech, SaaS, or digital transformation.
